Terms & Disclaimer

Effective date: 2026-05-28 Site: flowseekerlab.io Operator: seonjae (individual operator, Republic of Korea) Contact: seonjae@flowseekerlab.io

By visiting flowseekerlab.io (“the site”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy.

1. Educational purpose only

Everything on this site is published for educational and informational purposes. The site exists to share frameworks, build logs, and first-person observations from a Korean office worker’s transition into AI tools, agents, and on-chain literacy.

Nothing on this site is:

  • Financial or investment advice. The On-chain Digest and any post that touches crypto, tokens, or markets is for literacy and risk-screening, not buy/sell guidance.
  • Legal advice. Privacy, compliance, and contract topics are described from a non-lawyer perspective.
  • Tax advice. Mentions of cost ceilings or affiliate revenue are personal accounting, not jurisdictional tax guidance.
  • Medical advice. None of the content addresses health.
  • Professional consulting. Posts reflect the author’s own builds, not a paid recommendation tailored to your situation.

Before acting on any framework, code snippet, or workflow described here, please consult a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

2. No crypto predictions, signals, or recommendations

The On-chain Digest exists to teach readers how to read public blockchain data, identify common scam patterns, and resist manufactured urgency. Specifically:

  • The site never predicts prices, never recommends buying or selling any token, and never publishes “alpha” or signals.
  • Mentions of tools (Etherscan, Dune, RugCheck, Bubblemaps, Honeypot.is, GoPlus) are educational references, not endorsements.
  • Frameworks for spotting rug pulls, honeypots, or insider concentration reduce risk; they never remove it.
  • Past patterns described in posts do not predict future outcomes. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and can result in total loss.
  • Any decision to buy, hold, or sell a digital asset is solely your responsibility.

3. AI-assisted content disclosure

This site is written by a single human author (seonjae). AI tools (such as Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, and similar) are used during the writing process the way another writer might use a search engine or a research assistant — for drafting, editing, fact-finding, and structural feedback.

What that means in practice:

  • Every post is reviewed, edited, and shipped by hand. No post on this site is generated by an AI and published without human editing.
  • All factual claims, numbers, and quoted sources are the author’s responsibility regardless of which tool helped draft a sentence.
  • “What broke” sections, build logs, and personal observations describe actual builds and real outcomes, not synthetic case studies.

4. Affiliate links and sponsorship

The site may contain affiliate links to tools the author personally uses and pays for. When you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, the site may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We follow these rules:

  • The site only links as an affiliate to tools the author has personally paid for and used over a meaningful period.
  • Affiliate relationships do not change a recommendation. If a tool stops being worth recommending, the link comes out.
  • Affiliate links are not always individually labeled in body text, but their existence is disclosed here and in the Privacy Policy.
  • The site does not run sponsored posts at this time. If that ever changes, sponsored content will be clearly labeled at the top of the relevant post.

5. External links

The site links to third-party documentation, research papers, and tool homepages (for example, Anthropic docs, Google Workspace docs, Wikipedia, NIST, Etherscan). These links are provided for the reader’s convenience.

  • We do not control the content, accuracy, or availability of any linked third-party site.
  • A link is not an endorsement of the linked site’s full content, products, or business practices.
  • If a linked page becomes harmful or misleading, please email seonjae@flowseekerlab.io and the link will be removed.

6. No warranty

The site, the frameworks described on it, and the code snippets shown in any post are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, and non-infringement.

  • The author makes no promise that any build log will reproduce on your machine, in your account, or with your tool versions.
  • The author makes no promise that any framework will produce a specific outcome for your work, your income, or your skill.
  • Reasonable effort is made to keep posts accurate, but software, APIs, and platform terms change quickly. If you find something outdated, please send a correction.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the author, the site operator, or any contributor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, business opportunity, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the site is to stop using it.

8. Your responsibilities

By using the site, you agree:

  • To use the content for personal, non-commercial reference, except as permitted by the copyright section below.
  • Not to scrape, mass-download, or republish the site’s content without permission.
  • Not to use frameworks or code from the site in a way that breaks the law in your jurisdiction.
  • That any decision to deploy an AI agent against your accounts (Gmail, calendar, Notion, exchange APIs) is your own decision, taken at your own risk. The site’s safety guidance reduces risk; it does not remove it.

9. Copyright

  • All original text, frameworks, diagrams, and images on the site are © seonjae / FLOW SEEKER LAB unless explicitly noted otherwise.
  • Short quotations (a paragraph or so) with attribution and a link back to the original post are welcome under fair use.
  • Republishing full posts, translations of full posts, or reproducing diagrams without permission is not permitted. Please email seonjae@flowseekerlab.io for permission.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the site adds new services, new categories, or new monetization (for example, when Google AdSense becomes active). The “Effective date” at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Where local consumer-protection law gives a reader stronger rights, those rights are preserved.
